HD Smoke™ is proud to stand behind the products it sells. Each HD Vape™ Battery and USB Charger (not the Clear Cartridges) is fully warranted for one year from the original date of purchase for replacement and exchange of the defective part. This warranty is also for any and all existing customers who can prove they have purchased from an authorized reseller or distributor. If proof cannot be provided we reserve the right to refuse any exchange. HD Smoke™ will, at its discretion, replace any defective part with a brand new replacement that is identical or better and newer if available. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from loss of product, misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification or use of HD SMOKE™ devices with other manufacturers’ chargers, batteries, or cartridges. This 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law. The Manufacturer’s warranty as stated above can be changed or revoked at anytime by HD Smoke for any circumstance that creates the change a necessity. HD Smoke reserves the right to null and void the Warranty for whatever reason and at any time.
PLEASE NOTE: THE CLEAR CARTRIDGES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.
If you are having any issues with any HD Vape™ product, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. Any defects will be exchanged as to our Warranty. Due to health code regulations, we cannot refund your purchase.
HD Vape™ makes no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Warranty.
Online Warranty Claim Instructions
We will try our best to get your replacement product back to you as soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions below. Please adhere strictly to the following instructions:
Contact us via email at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 1-888-437-6653 to determine if the component is defective or being used improperly by the user. If determined that you need to return the product, then proceed to STEP 2. Do not return a part to us without first contacting us. Do Not return any Clear Cartridges. These cannot and will not be exchanged.
Once the component has been determined to be defective, please pack the item securely in box or padded envelope and mail to one of the addresses below:

Please enclose the following: a) name, address, contact telephone, b) email address, c)defective part or parts, d) $10 to cover return shipping and handling.
DO NOT SEND ANY USED OR UNUSED CLEAR CARTRIDGES BACK TO US.
Once the defective part has arrived to our warehouse, we ask that you allow 3 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. We thank you for your patience and understanding. We will do our best to get out the replacement parts as soon as possible.
