Q. How do I know when to recharge my battery?
A. If your battery is not working, try to press the ON/OFF button 5 times in case it was accidentally turned off. If the light does not come on, then your battery will need to be recharged. Simply unscrew the battery form the charger, attach it to the USB charger, and it into a computer that is on. It is always a good idea to have an extra battery available. Q. How often do I need to recharge the battery, and how long does it take to recharge?
A: Typically it takes about 5 hours to fully recharge the HD Vape™ battery. The frequency of recharging your battery will depend on how often you inhale. For most users the battery lasts for a complete day and more.
Q. What is covered under the 1 year manufacturer's warranty
A. The 1 year manufacturer's warranty is limited to the battery and USB charger of the HD VAPE one year from the original date of purchase. The Clear Cartridge is not covered under warranty as it is an item of personal consumption and will need replacement from time to time. the battery and USB charge is covered for one year under normal usage conditions. This is determined under a case-by-case basis and if it is determined that negligent or repeat lack of care has been carried out, we will consider the warranty void and an exchange will not be carried out.
1. If your HD Vape™ does not produce any vapor be sure your battery is ON. Press the ON/OFF button 5 times in rapid succession to turn it on. 2. A decrease in smoke volume usually indicates the need for more HD Vape™ liquid. You will be able to see how much liquid is in the cartridge through the clear side walls. 3. If you hear a sizzling sound while the unit is in your pocket or purse, you probably have left the battery on and the button was pressing against something. Turn the battery off to prevent accidental power discharge. 4. If your HD Vape™ is not charging properly be sure to check and clean the contact points on the battery and USB charger where the two units meet. 5. If your HD Vape™ is not producing vapor consistently be sure to check and clean the contact points on the battery and USB charger where the two units meet. 6. Ensure that the wick inside of your HD VAPE is kept visibly wet. Attempting to use the unit with a dry wick will result in a burnt taste. If you have multiple flavors, we recommend you use a separate clear cartridge for each flavor to avoid flavor contamination instead of trying to empty out the chamber.
